Is this a logo that can be purchased? If so what all does in entail and would I have all the rights to this particular logo to do as I please and use it as I please. Also, if I purchase it will a duplicate copy of this logo be made and resold? Basically, can myself and someone else purchase the same logo? Reason I ask is if I do decide to use this logo or modify it down the road I want to make sure I am legally the owner of this particular brand and how I would go about acquiring it and the cost.
